Requires the Administrators of the Environmental Protection Agency and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the Director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to study the effects of acid rain on the Atlantic striped bass, especially in the Chesapeake Bay and Hudson River regions. Requires the Administrators and the Director to report to Congress on such study within a year of the enactment of this Act.
