Summary
Requires individuals who accept employment in the Government of the United States or in the government of the District of Columbia to execute an affidavit that the individual will support and defend the Constitution of the United States. States that no employee of, or applicant for employment in, the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia shall be required to provide any affidavit, oath, or statement, or otherwise furnish information concerning: (1) the membership, affiliation, or association of such employee or applicant with any political party, group, or organization, or (2) the political beliefs of such employee or applicant.
