Summary

Amends Title II (Old- Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to provide that eligibility of home-dialysis treatments or kidney transplants for payment under the Medicare program of the Social Security Act shall begin with the first month of treatment or preparation therefor and last up to 12 months after termination of a regular course of dialysis (or up to 36 months after receipt of the last kidney transplant).
