Summary

Formally List Your Travel Act or the FLY Act This bill requires federal agencies to submit to the Government Accountability Office monthly travel logs that include any official travel itinerary of the agency head for the previous month. The bill also (1) establishes penalties for agencies that fail to submit travel logs to the GAO, (2) requires agencies to report annually to Congress regarding official travel expenses incurred by the agency head, and (3) prohibits an agency head that holds a Senate-confirmed position from using federal funds to purchase a first class seat on an airplane.
