Summary
Establishes a special office in the Department of Justice, to be called the Natural Gas User Protection Office, to represent industrial end-users of natural gas in any proceeding before the Federal Power Commission with respect to the curtailment of natural gas supplies. Specifies procedures for the administration of such Office. Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
