Summary
Housing Assistance Innovation Act of 1992 - Authorizes the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to permit a qualifying public housing agency or resident management corporation to carry out a demonstration program allowing it to set policies for the operation and development of one or more projects, without regard to certain public housing requirements. Excludes employee-residents of specified HUD-assisted housing from certain wage rate requirements. Provides for evictions and tenancy terminations based upon felony convictions under specified public and Indian housing programs. Authorizes appropriations.
