Summary
Welfare Employment and Flexibility Amendments of 1992 - Amends part F (Job Opportunities and Basic Skills Training Program) (JOBS) of title IV of the Social Security Act (SSA) to make changes with respect to work supplementation, community work experience, and job search programs. Provides for increased State flexibility to conduct JOBS programs. Amends SSA title IV part A (Aid to Families with Dependent Children) (AFDC) to: (1) require AFDC recipients to cooperate in paternity establishment; and (2) give States an option regarding the timing of AFDC payments. Amends SSA title XI to provide for an extension of waiver authority for demonstration projects.
