Summary

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to establish in the Treasury a trust fund to be known as the "Crime Victims Compensation Trust Fund." Appropriates to such fund amounts equivalent to the excise taxes imposed on pistols and revolvers. Provides that amounts in such fund shall be available, as provided by appropriation Acts, for purposes of providing compensation to victims of crime.
