Summary
Mono County Economic Development Act of 2010 - Releases the Bodie Wilderness Study Area in Mono County, California, from being subject to certain requirements under the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 and under the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 with regard to the management of the lands within the Study Area during the period of review of such Area for designation as wilderness. Requires the released lands to be returned immediately, without any further action by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), to multiple use management as set forth in the applicable resource management plan.
