A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that when an individual under age 62 retires from covered employment after 30 or more years of service under an employees pension benefit plan, the period after such retirement and before his attainment of such age shall be excluded in determining the amount of his social security benefits if the exclusion of such period would increase the amount of such benefits.
