Summary
Deems a named former Federal employee to have filed a timely application for a disability retirement annuity. Requires the Director of the Office of Personnel Management, upon a determination of entitlement to such annuity, to certify the aggregate amount such individual would have received had she not been misinformed as to eligibility by a U.S. Customs Service personnel officer. Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay such amount to the individual.
