Summary
Directs the Federal Aviation Administration to prescribe standards for the control of aircraft noise and sonic boom which do not permit a decibel level for Supersonic aircraft higher than the decibel level permitted under regulations prescribed pursuant to the Noise Control Act with respect to other aircraft. Prohibits operation of any civil aircraft after June 1, 1978, unless such aircraft complies with FAA Standards for the control of aircraft noise and Sonic boom.
