Summary
Modifies the exterior boundary of the Uinta National Forest, Utah. Adds to the Uinta National Forest all Federal lands within the modified boundary. Requires such lands to be administered as part of the National Forest. Treats the modified boundary of the National Forest as if it were the boundary as of January 1, 1965. Directs the Bureau of Reclamation to transfer annually specified sums for the development of recreational resources to the Forest Service.
