Summary
Metric Monitoring and Assistance Act - Sets forth congressional findings and policy, and defines the terms used in this Act. Establishes a United States Metric Monitoring and Assistance Board. Makes it the duty of the Board to formulate and recommend planning, assistance, and public education programs designed to promote the use of the metric system in the United States. Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
