Summary

Protecting Religious Exemptions for Amish Communities and Households Act or the PREACH Act This bill allows an individual who is a member of an Amish or Mennonite church to use a state-issued identification document (that does not require a photograph of the individual) to obtain a firearm from a federally licensed dealer.
