Summary
Authorizes the Administrator of the Veterans Administration to pay to any physician, dentist, or nurse employed full time by the Department of Medicine and Surgery an amount not to exceed 25 percent of the annual salary of such individual. Permits such physicians, dentists, and nurses who have been employed full-time by the Department for at least seven years to take six months with pay for study in such individuals specialty.
