Amends the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to require: (1) the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish and maintain on the website of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) a direct link to the website of DHS's Office of the Inspector General; and (2) the Inspector General to establish and maintain on the Office of Inspector General's website a direct link for individuals to anonymously report waste, fraud, or abuse relating to DHS.
