This bill requires the Department of State to submit a report to Congress concerning its Conflict and Stabilization Operations Bureau.  The report shall include, for example, (1) a bottom-line assessment as to whether the bureau should be maintained, (2) an analysis of costs associated with the bureau and potential cost savings related to dissolving the bureau, and (3) a plan detailing which functions or personnel would be absorbed by other elements in the State Department if the bureau is dissolved.
