Declares that positions in the Drug Enforcement Administration at the 16, 17, and 18 levels of the General Schedule which are currently excluded from the Senior Executive Service (SES), shall be compensated at the same rates of pay as SES positions and shall be entitled to specified benefits which are currently provided for SES positions.
