Summary

Revises the current Federal criminal offense prohibiting commerce in an obscene medium involving minors to eliminate the requirement that the medium be shipped or received "for the purpose of sale or distribution." Revises the current offense prohibiting the transportation in commerce of minors with intent that they engage in prohibited sexual conduct to eliminate the "commercial exploitation" requirement.
