Summary
Amends the Department of Education Organization Act to establish an Office of Private Education to be administered by the Assistance Secretary for Private Education. Directs the Assistance Secretary to: (1) review the participation of private school students in Federal education programs for which they are eligible; and (2) report the findings of such review, with recommendations, to the Secretary and the Congress within one year. Terminates the Office of Non-Public Education.
