Summary
Amends the Federal criminal code to modify provisions concerning visitation rights of parents whose children are relocated under the witness protection program to: (1) apply parent notification requirements with respect to custody or visitation of a child under a Federal court order; (2) eliminate limitations on reasonable costs payable by the Department of Justice, for visitation as provided under a court order; and (3) ensure protection of the right of the parent and child to privacy during such visitation.
