Summary
Oregon Treasures Act of 2008 - Adjusts the boundary of the Oregon Caves National Monument (Monument). Directs the Secretary of Agriculture or the Interior to: (1) implement forest restoration activities within the boundary of the Monument; and (2) accept any grazing permit or lease donated by a permitee or lessee (i.e., livestock operators who hold valid leases or permits for a grazing allotment). Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate certain additional segments of the Monument and the Rogue River, Oregon, as components of the national wild and scenic rivers system.
