Summary

Protection for Innocent Victims of AIDS Transmission Act - Amends the Federal criminal code to provide for the death penalty, or imprisonment for life or any term of years, for any person who, during the commission of a Federal offense, knowingly engages in sexual contact with another and through such contact knowingly transfers the human immunodeficiency virus to that person, or attempts to do so, without that person's consent.
