Summary
Repeals the authority of the Secretary of War (now the Secretary of the Army) to revoke the permit for the delivery of water from the Dalecarlia Reservoir, in the District of Columbia, to the Arlington County Sanitary district, the Falls Church water system, or to any other State or local authority in the Washington metropolitan area in Virginia. Prohibits any Federal employee from exercising the Secretary of Army's authority to revoke any permit or terminate any contract for the use of water entered into between the Secretary of the Army and any State or local authority in the Washington metropolitan area in Virginia.
