Summary
Provides that any person who has lived in the United States for at least ten years and served during World War I or II as a member of the Armed Forces of Canada shall, upon authenticated certification of such service, be entitled to hospital, domiciliary and medical service in the United States to the same extent as if such service had been performed in the Armed Forces of the United States. Directs that the benefits of this Act shall not apply to such persons who are entitled to payment for equivalent care and services under the Canadian War Veterans Allowance Act. (Adds 38 U.S.C. 109(c)(1))
