Amends the Food Stamp Act of 1977 to deem as an individual household a certain kind of person who resides in a certain kind of group living arrangement. Specifies such persons as: (1) those individuals who are 60 years of age or older; or (2) blind or disabled recipients of Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance or Supplemental Security Income benefits under the Social Security Act.
