Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation to carry out a demonstration project in Augusta, Georgia, for the purpose of eliminating highway railroad grade crossings. Authorizes appropriations of up to $8,000,000 to pay the Federal share of such project. States that two-thirds of all funds expended under authority of this Act in any fiscal year shall be appropriated out of the Highway Trust Fund.
