Summary
Office Machine and Equipment Dealers Equity Act - Permits a dealer to sue a supplier for damages in Federal district court for violating the provisions of a dealer agreement. Requires such action to be brought within three years after the cause of action has accrued. States that this Act shall not be construed to modify any provision of the antitrust laws or to supersede any State law which provides additional or stronger standards than those in this Act.
