Summary
This bill amends the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 to prohibit the U.S. government from accessing information concerning a U.S. person acquired under that Act unless pursuant to a warrant. This prohibition applies regardless of whether such information is incidentally collected. The bill bars the use in evidence of any such information against a U.S. person in a criminal proceeding unless pursuant to such a warrant.
