Summary

This bill amends the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to require the Department of Health and Human Services to deposit monthly in the Treasury $1.50 for each individual enrolled in health insurance coverage though a federally operated health insurance exchange. The user fee charged to health insurers by federally operated health insurance exchanges may not exceed a specified percentage of a plan's premiums.
