Summary
Provides that an ex-servicemember shall be eligible for unemployment compensation, with respect to his or her military service, only if: (1) such individual was discharged or released under honorable conditions; and (2) such discharge or release was a direct result of a service-incurred injury, a reduction in the authorized strength of the individual's unit, or a demobilization of the unit.
