Summary
Daylight Savings Time Act - Amends the Uniform Time Act of 1966 to change the starting date of daylight savings time to the first Sunday of April, and the termination date to the last Sunday of September. Requires the Federal Communications Commission to make such adjustment with respect to hours of operation of daytime standard amplitude modulation broadcast station's as may be consistent with the public interest.
