Summary

Exempts from the excise tax on trailers provisions of the Internal Revenue Code, any trailer or semitrailer, and chassis or body for any trailer or semitrailer, or any part or accessory suitable for use in connection with such trailer, which is suitable for use with a vehicle having a gross weight of 10,000 pounds or less and is designed for farming purposes.
