Summary

Federal Food Price Stabilization Act - Directs the President to establish a Food Price Stabilization Commission, composed of eleven members, to be appointed as specified in the Act. Authorizes the Commission to stabilize food prices at levels prevailing on October 31, 1972, and States that all food prices shall remain at such levels for 90 days. Provides that after such time has elapsed, any increase in the price of food above such level will be subject to the approval of the Commission. Extends the President's authority to issue and enforce regulations under the Economic Stabilization Act of 1970 through April 30, 1974. (Amends 12 U.S.C. 1904 nt.)
