Summary

Designates as part of the national wild and scenic rivers system a segment of the Obed River and its tributaries in Tennessee. Provides for an agreement between the State of Tennessee and the Secretary of the Interior for the acquisition, development, and management of the river. Authorizes to be appropriated not to exceed $4,600,000 for the acquisition of lands or interests in lands, and not to exceed $400,000 for development.
