A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that the marriage of a disabled individual receiving child's insurance benefits shall not operate to terminate his or her entitlement to such benefits if the marriage is to a civil service retirement or survivor annuitant, just as it would not terminate such entitlement if it were to another social security beneficiary.
