Summary
States that in order to assist in providing for the widest practicable and appropriate dissemination of information concerning the activities of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and to permit the construction, maintenance, and operation of facilities and equipment for visitor information purposes, in whole or in part, through revenues generated by installations of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration the Administration is authorized to provide by concession for the construction, maintenance, and operation of visitor facilities and to provide information dissemination services to such visitors without charge. Provides that the concessioner shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to make a profit commensurate with the capital invested and obligations assumed and the consideration paid by him for the concession shall be based on the probable value of such opportunity and not on maximizing revenue to the United States.
