Summary

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to designate for addition to the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial National Historic Site not more than 350 acres in the city of East Saint Louis, Illinois. Authorizes the Secretary to acquire such lands by donation, purchase with donated or appropriated funds, or exchange. Stipulates that lands owned by the State of Illinois or any political subdivision thereof may be acquired only by donation.
