Summary
Provides that widows and widowers receiving benefits under the Armed Forces survivor benefit plan shall have the monthly amount of such benefits reduced by 50 percent of the amount such person receives from social security (Presently the reduction is 100 percent). (Amends 10 U.S.C. 1451)
