Summary
Elderly Transit Fare Reduction Act - Provides, under the Urban Mass Transportation Act priority in the allocation of funds to those cities and other public agencies which will permit persons who are at least sixty-five years of age to use the facilities at specially reduced fares during weekdays, weekends and holidays. (Adds 49 U.S.C. 1602(f))
