Summary
Senior Citizens' Rent Limitation Act - Provides that the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare shall, at the beginning of each month, pay to every eligible senior citizen an amount equal to the excess of the senior citizen's proportion of rent beyond 25 percent of the senior citizen's expected income from all sources during the month to follow such payment. Provides that an eligible senior citizen shall be one: (1) who lives in non-federal rental housing; (2) whose total income from all sources is not greater than $6,000 per annum; and (3) whose proportion of rent is not greater than $200 per month or $2,400 per annum.
