Summary
Amends the Speedy Trial Act of 1974 to stipulate that no member of the planning groups convened by each United States district court shall be deemed, by reason of such membership, an officer or employee of the United States. States that no member of the Board of Trustees of an experimental pretrial services agency shall by reason of such membership be deemed such an officer or employee.
