Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to carry out a program providing for the inspection of fish produced on fish farms in the United States. Provides that in the case of seizure or quarantine of fish stock the Secretary shall make fair compensation for all economic losses incurred through such actions. Authorizes the appropriation of such sums as may be necessary to carry out this Act.
