Summary
Authorizes the United States Secret Service Uniformed Division to: (1) use the services, personnel, equipment, and facilities of State and local governments, with their consent, to carry out its functions of protecting the President, the Vice President, members of the President's and Vice President's families, and any office building in which presidential offices are located; and (2) reimburse such governments if such use causes an excessive economic burden. Authorizes appropriations.
