Summary
Authorizes Federal agencies to reimburse an employee for: (1) the expenses of selling a residence at a post of duty in the United States upon being transferred to a post outside the United States; and (2) purchasing a residence at a post within the United States after being transferred from a post outside the United States. Requires such sale or purchase to occur before the employee is notified that he or she will not be returning to the same post within the United States from which the employee was originally transferred.
