Summary
Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to make specified child labor provisions inapplicable to the harvesting of strawberries, even if such employment is not outside of school hours, if an employer certifies that compliance would cause severe economic disruption. Permits waivers of the application of child labor provisions to specified individuals employed to harvest strawberries, even if such individuals are employed during school hours.
