Summary

Amends the Council on Wage and Price Stability Act to require the Council on Wage and Price Stability to report to the President and the Congress on an annual basis (formerly, on a quarterly basis and not later than 30 days after the close of each calendar quarter). Raises the authorization of appropriations under such Act for fiscal year 1980. Extends the authorization of appropriations and the authority under such Act through fiscal year 1981.
