Summary
Makes it unlawful to knowingly import any part of a firearm into the United States subject to specified exceptions. Makes it unlawful to sell any firearm which is not suitable for sporting purposes. Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to make rules establishing the characteristics of guns not suitable for lawful sporting purposes.
