Summary

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to provide that maximum benefit amounts and primary insurance amounts which are not multiples of $0.10 shall be raised to the next higher multiple of $0.10. (Currently, title II benefits are rounded to the next lower multiple of $0.10.)
